STUDIO POLICIES

    • Shoots are to be paid in full at the time of booking

    • Cancellations/rescheduling less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total

    • Missed bookings (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the booking total

    • We do not waive fees. It’s never personal - this is how we maintain fairness and stability in our schedule

    • All refunds for cancellations will be in the form of studio credits

    • Your studio credit must be used within 60 days of your original booking date

    • In the rare case that Verge Marketing cancels your booking (which can happen at any time prior to your booking at our discretion), we will offer a 100% refund to the customer (paid back to original card).

    • Your booking begins the time you book for, no earlier, and ends the time it's booked, no later. 

    • If you require extra time to move things, load/unload, set up, or prepare, please book appropriately.

    • If you request to go overtime last minute and your booking falls within our standard rates (Weekdays, 9 AM – 4 PM) a $75+tax fee will apply every half hour if the studio is available

    • If you request to go overtime last minute and your booking falls within our standard rates (Evenings after 4 PM & Weekends) a $100+tax fee will apply every half hour if the studio is available

    • If you have not told us you will be staying overtime and have inconvenienced another client or cleaner schedule the overtime fee will be double the standard fee.

    • Return all furniture and props back to where you found them before leaving. If the cleaner has to put props or furniture away, you will be charged an additional fee of $50

    • Cleaning and maintenance fee is for regular cleaning and maintenance, not for cleaning up messes. Please respect the space and put garbage in the garbage can, and put furniture back where you found it before you leave. 

    • Stain removal fees start at $25 and are upward of $2,000, depending on the extent of the stain and the item stained/cost of cleaning

GENERAL POLICIES:

    • Please respect our neighbours. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive noise is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.

    • For events or shoots involving amplified sound, advance notice and written approval is required.

    • Parking directly outside of Verge Marketing on Clifton Street is prohibited. Street parking options are nearby.

    • Verge Marketing is not responsible for parking tickets or towing.

    • Please confirm the headcount in advance.

    • If your booking exceeds the agreed capacity or becomes disruptive, VM reserves the right to end your session early with no refund.

    • You are responsible for any damage to furniture, equipment, or the studio space during your rental.

    • A security deposit may be required for select bookings.

    • Alcohol is only permitted for approved private events with prior notice.

    • Smoking or vaping inside the studio is strictly prohibited.

    • Illegal substances are not permitted under any circumstances.

    • Pets are not permitted unless part of a photoshoot and pre-approved.

    • Children must be supervised at all times. You are liable for any damage they cause.
